Our inspector

Seth grew up in Johnson, VT, after moving from Rhode Island with his family at four years old.  His first career of over 20 years was in the construction industry. He specialized in slate roofing, spent 5 years in California doing disaster restoration, and in 2005 opened Under the Eaves as a remodeling and renovation company. After becoming a father, he decided to shift his focus to home inspection and apply his strengths and experiences in the building trades to help educate people about their homes. As well, he's committed to continuing his own education and keeping up on new construction practices in an ever-changing field. Having worked on many older homes here in VT, Seth has truly seen it all, and brings this experience and keen eye to his home inspection business.
